PINEAPPLE and small fruit
The SS8 MAXI cutting machine has been designed for varius fruit
sizes processing.
It is a semi-automatic machine, which allows cutting of pineapple, melon, apple, pear, tomato, potato, etc. into different shapes (chunks, slices, wedges, sticks) and dimensions thanks to the possibility of cutters and plungers replacing.
The operator only needs to load the product.The automatic mechanism is equipped with plungers that push the product through the cutters performing the cut desidered.
The product will be collected on the included conveyor belt.

PINEAPPLE CYLINDER MACHINE
The semi-automatic cylinder and coring machine at two heads is suitable for pineapple cylinders. An operator loads the fruit and the machine does the job in three steps: coring, top & tail, cylindering. The cutting operations are optional and can be rings, segments and chunks. The machine has a stainless steel structure. All components are easily interchangeable. All parts in contact with the fruits are made of food-approved material. Easy and fast cleaning and maintenance.

PEELING AND CORING MACHINE

The PL1D/ PL2D/PL4D semi-automatic peeling machine is dedicated to peeling melons, pineapples and pumpkin. It is available in three models: one, two and four peeling stations.
The peeling machine is a manual feed machine that operates external peeling: in this way all the fruits, even if not calibrated and irregular, can be easily peeled with maximum efficiency.
The fruit is loaded into the appropriate loading space by the operator.
It is cored and peeled at an adjustable speed.
The machine features an electric panel equipped with two inverters: one for the regulation of the rotation speed of the fruit and one for the speed of the blade.
The peelers PL2D/4D are equipped with:
